The Kansas City Chiefs are playing the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3’s Sunday Night Football.

While the challenge is already difficult enough with Kirk Cousins under center, having questionable calls going against you isn’t going to help your cause – and the team has a right to be upset.

Midway through the second quarter, Cousins threw a deep pass looking for Drake London in a third down.

Time for Kansas City Chiefs to make a decision on Chris Jones

The ball was thrown just ahead of the receiver, and he couldn’t make the grab – but a new set of downs was still given following a roughing the passer call on Chris Jones.

The replays did show that Jones touched Cousins, but there was no extra force or deliberated late hit.

NFL fans were fuming with the call, not believing that such a ticky-tacky play was called in a sport where hits are part of the game:
